Zone Fitness FLOW™ 31 – Strong, Grounded & Empowered



This release is all about strength—the kind you feel not just in your muscles, but in your mindset too.


In Track 3, we flow through a powerful standing sequence that builds full-body endurance and confidence. What really sets FLOW 31 apart? Two Balance Challenge tracks, featuring options to explore Crow Pose! Don’t worry, whether you’re working on your balance or ready to take flight with arm balances, there are options for every body.


We’ve also built in plenty of space for autonomy, so if you’re feeling strong, go for the progressions. If you’re feeling slower or more reflective, we’ve got variations to support you too.


A few personal favourites:


  • The Posterior Track, with deep glute and back body activation and the stunning Bow Pose, set to The Thrill by Gamma Skies for a “chilled strength” vibe.

  • The Stretch Track, where Is It Over Now by Gloria Tells (a beautiful a cappella moment) invites you to soften, lengthen, and unwind after all your hard work.



This release is truly an embodiment of power, presence, and progression.



Zone Fitness PILATES™ 03 – Slow Down & Feel Every Pulse



We’ve taken a slightly different approach with PILATES 03, offering a more intentional pace to really dial into your mind-body connection. The focus is on control, awareness, and breathing in sync with movement, and it feels amazing.


This release gives you moments to pause, slow down, and truly feel every pulse, every activation, and every transition.

We’re not just working out, we’re training the body to move better with precision and grace.


My top track? The Strong Sequence. Expect sculpting favourites like Bridge and Teasers, and those signature Zone Fitness pulses that light up the core and glutes.


The spring-ready playlist keeps things upbeat without overwhelming your senses, creating a perfect balance between chill and challenge.
